Steps to Forgiveness

Only strong people have the power to forgive and let go of the past. Every day we meet new people, have friends, and fall in love; it is very common that one of these new people will somehow hurt you, but you decide whether to surrender and keep all of these bad feelings inside of your heart, or to let go, forgive and move on with your life. Here are some practical steps that may help you to forgive.

·        Give yourself a break take some time and try to clear your mind from everything, sit in a place and turn off your cell phone.

·        Cry! Crying will help you, but make sure that no one is there to see you believe me this will make you strong and you will never regret it

·        Write all of the things that make you sad in a piece of paper, everything you want to say to the person who hurt you, then burn the paper

·        Forgive the person and let go of all the negative feelings

·        Forget and have fun with your life

Life is short, don’t waste time being unhappy. Forgive and be the strong one
